Miss Pimentel is ecstatically entering her third year of teaching at St. Francis de Sales Catholic School, bringing her passion for early childhood education and her deep-rooted love for Catholic values to the classroom. Having experienced Catholic education herself from PK through 12th grade, she felt a divine calling to give back and inspire young minds in the same nurturing environment.

After completing her student teaching at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic School in Austin, TX, Miss Pimentel returned to her roots, despite bidding a heartfelt farewell to the vibrant City of Music and its really good BBQ. She holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from St. Edward’s University and is dedicated to raising the next generation of leaders with enthusiasm and grace.

Outside the classroom, Miss Pimentel enjoys spending quality time with her partner, especially at Astros games. For her self-care, she works at Dutch Bros. Coffee Shop on Bellaire Blvd., where she spreads positivity one drink at a time.
