Ms. Marie Blake is a first-year teacher and is very excited to join St. Francis de Sales Catholic School as a middle school Literature teacher. She is very passionate about Christ and is eager to share that passion with her students and the community. Ms. Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Growing up, she always wanted to be a teacher and is happy to live that lifelong dream with the St. Francis family! 

Ms. Blake enjoys spending her spare time reading, painting, writing, and playing video games. She has a gerbil named Sebastian, and she also plays the flute and gives lessons to students of all ages.
