Mrs. Tara Khaled is excited to join St. Francis de Sales Catholic School as the new school counselor! Mrs. Khaled holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master’s degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Previously, she has served as a first and second grade teacher. During the past year, Mrs.Khaled welcomed her first child while finishing up her master’s degree and completing her counseling internship. Mrs. Khaled looks forward to building relationships with students and families. Her goal is to help support students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Mrs. Khaled loves spending her spare time with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. Her favorite things are music, sushi, beach days, crafting, and watching movies!
